Greg Esslinger

A former practicing lawyer and agent for the US Department of Justice, Greg has more than 20 years’ experience as an international business leader and corporate risk, compliance and crisis consultant. Most recently, he led the Americas region and chaired the global strategic committee for a unit of a large consulting firm operating across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, where he played a key role in growing that business to $90 million in revenue. With personal experience in more than 40 countries, Greg is an empathetic leader who prioritizes cultural respect, inclusion and global citizenship.


As a senior executive, Greg focuses heavily on mentoring and being an agent of positive change. At his last firm, Greg became the first executive sponsor for DE&I, established the first DE&I committee, promoted gender diversity in the talent acquisition process, and launched an internship program focused on HBCUs. At a prior firm, he created and chaired a first-of-its-kind conference for business leaders in Lagos, Nigeria to help them navigate the challenges ofpartnering with multinational corporations.


Greg has a passion for giving back and currently volunteers advising multiple nonprofit CEOs and boards on issues such as governance, strategy, change management, branding, storytelling and talent acquisition. Greg earned a B.A. in English Literature from Sewanee and a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
